Hoesen

Board of Advisors

Provides strategic oversight on governance, sustainable investment, and transparency for Kalayudha Foundation's social projects. With over 30 years in Indonesia's financial and capital markets sector, he brings extensive experience in regulation, governance, and market development. Hoesen served as Chief Executive of Capital Market Supervision and a member of the Board of Commissioners at the Financial Services Authority (OJK) from 2017-2022. His prior leadership roles include Director at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, President Director of PT Kliring Penjaminan Efek Indonesia (KPEI), and Commissioner at PT Danareksa Capital and PT Danareksa Investment Management. Holding a degree in Agriculture from Universitas Padjajaran and a Master's in Management from Universitas Pelita Harapan, Hoesen is dedicated to advancing sustainable development through innovation, community empowerment, and cross-sector collaboration.

Jos Parengkuan

Board of Advisors

Co-founder and President Commissioner of Syailendra Capital, one of Indonesia's leading investment managers. He previously served as President Director from the firm's founding in 2006 until 2016. With 30+ years in capital markets spanning equity research, investment banking, and fund management, his early career included roles at Citibank Jakarta and Lippo Securities, and he is a graduate of City University Business School (London). Recognized for a fundamentals-driven, long-term investing approach, Jos frequently shares insights through Syailendra's SPOD podcast and industry forums; media have even referred to him as "The Dragon of IDX." At Kalayudha Foundation he advises on investment strategy and financial stewardship.

Dimas Prasetyo

Chairman

Leverages his extensive experience in entrepreneurship, product management, and business development, particularly in health and technology. He co-founded Plebo, developing a platform for efficient patient-healthcare connections, and brings a deep understanding of operational management and process optimization. His expertise includes product development, ensuring market-aligned, data-driven solutions, and digital transformation. Proficient in data management, billing systems, and operational finance, Dimas focuses on organizational efficiency. As Chairman of the Supervisory Board, he helps safeguard governance, transparency, and accountable program development across Kalayudha Foundation's work in education, health, and sustainable funding.

Management Team

Hendarsyah Aditya Saptari

Executive Director

Overseeing strategic initiatives that support the UN Sustainable Development Goals—particularly in healthcare, education, innovation, and sustainable communities. With over a decade of experience across education, family business, and social enterprise sectors, Adit brings a unique blend of academic insight and practical leadership. Prior to joining Kalayudha, he held key roles in leadership development, consulting, and impact-driven organizations such as ParagonCorp and Pemimpin.id, and has served as Executive Director of Family Business Network (FBN) Indonesia. Adit holds a Doctorate in Management from the School of Business and Management, Institut Teknologi Bandung (SBM ITB), where he specialized in gamification and people development. His work is deeply rooted in creating sustainable impact through collaboration, innovation, and community empowerment.

Samodro Bagus Prasetyanto

Chief of Finance

Leads strategic financial planning, sustainable funding management, and ensures transparent financial governance. His expertise in social impact investment and resource optimization directly supports Kalayudha's programs in education, health, and sustainable funding. Prior to Kalayudha, Samodro contributed significantly to the health-tech sector at Halodoc and fostered startup growth as a venture partner focused on innovation and social impact. Samodro holds an MBA from Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He is committed to bringing efficiency and innovation to Kalayudha Foundation's financial management, ensuring program sustainability and broader social impact.

Widuri Sofiani

Head of People, Culture, and Operations

Ensures transparency and professionalism in organizational governance. She manages strategic communications, institutional administration, and stakeholder relations, while overseeing human resources policies aligned with ESG and SDG principles. An experienced professional in Industrial Relations, HR Management, Recruitment, and Organizational Development, Widuri excels in strategic HRM planning and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Her background includes industrial relations negotiations and labor regulation compliance. With her skills in organizational management and data-driven talent strategy, Widuri ensures Kalayudha Foundation operates with accountability and societal impact.
